Carissimi Soci SGI,
Carissimi Soci Società Associate,
su indicazione della Dott.ssa Silvia Tamburelli (Università di Pavia), vi segnaliamo la Call for Abstracts relativa alla sessione TS4.1 "Sedimentary basins and landscape evolution: new frontiers in tectono-thermal history applications", organizzata nell'ambito dell'EGU General Assembly 2023.
Cordiali saluti,
La Segreteria
Dear Colleagues,
We would like to bring your attention to the "TS4.1- Sedimentary basins and landscape evolution: new frontiers in tectono-thermal history applications" session scheduled at the upcoming EGU General Assembly that will be held in person and online from 23rd to the 28th April 2023.
Session's Convener is Chiara Amadori (Univ. Pavia), along with Co-conveners: Thomas Gusmeo (Univ. Bologna), Riccardo Lanari (Univ. Firenze), Silvia Tamburelli (Univ. Pavia), Andrea Schito (Univ. Aberdeen).
We welcome contributions from researchers interested in sedimentary basins and their evolution through time. The aim is not only to foster discussion on which are the best methods to better understand the geological processes that drive the tectonic/thermal history of sedimentary basins, source-to-sink systems and landscape evolution, but also to explore new frontiers connected to these issues, such as geothermal energy exploitation and CO2/H storage. We particularly encourage multidisciplinary studies.
The abstract submission deadline is set for 10th January 2023, 13:00 CET.
We look forward to receiving your contributions. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information and feel free to re-distribute this invitation to interested colleagues.
